I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were cozy, bright, and clean, making it a perfect place for us. The staff was so accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier, which was really helpful, especially with the cold weather. However, the cold temperature was a bit challenging due to the freezing weather during my visit.

The service was exceptional! The staff offered to change our room immediately and catered flexibly to all our requests regarding bookings, check-in, and room changes. They were also very friendly and informative about the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area.

The location was prime as it is near Miyahara and the Taichung Train Station, making it a beautiful place to explore. The hotel is right next to Miyahara, famous for fantastic desserts, and surrounded by eateries, but unfortunately, some parts were dirty and smelly, making it less pleasant to explore.

The dining experience was okay but leaned towards an occidental style, which might not suit everyone's taste in a Taiwanese hotel. However, the meals were free, which is a plus.
